Inward Group | The diver faces away from the water rotaing towards the board |
Twisting Group | This is the largest group because... it is any of the above categories that includes at least 1/2 twist |

Tuck | Bent at the waist and knees Thighs drawn to chest Heels held together and close to the body |
Pike | Legs are straight with body bent at waist Arm position depends on the dive being done |
Straight | This dive requires NO BEND at the waist or knees Your back may arch depending on the dive |
Free | Option of the three mentioned above or any combnination when the dive involves a somersault or twist |
